Why Prime Toys?

Prime Toys is 100% privately owned and operated by fans and collectors just like you! That means we can put our customers front and center and we know exactly how you want to be treated. If you ever have an issues or concerns, we'll do everything we can to ensure you walk away happy. We strive to answer all emails within 48 hours and we'll never "beat around the bush", you'll get an honest answer the first time.

We also stand true to our motto, "Collector Grade Toys Without The Collector Grade Prices".  We will do everything in out power to offer the lowest prices whenever we can.

Where is Prime Toys located?

We are located just North of Chicago, in Skokie, IL.

Do you have a physical location?

Not yet, unfortunately. But our goal is to operate out of a base retail location in IL. But don't worry, we will continue to offer the same great prices and service when(if) we do!

What if I want an item you don't have?

Just ask! We'll try our hardest to get ahold of one for you, if possible. In fact, we may have one laying around that we where saving for a convention.

Do you share my information?

Never. All customer data is 100% confidential and we will never share it with any third parties.

Return and Cancellation Policy

What is Prime Toy' return policy?

Prime Toys will accept returns for the following reasons:

  1. Damaged Items: We make every attempt to ensure our products are in mint condition when shipping them out. However, for sealed items we cannot verify everything is in working order. If the product broken, we will attempt to replace it, or offer store credit if we no longer have any of that item in stock. This also applied for missing parts/pieces, chipped paint, and factory defects. Prime Toys will pay for all return shipping on damaged items.
  2. General Returns: If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make it right. We will accept returns on all products within 7 days from the delivery date. The item must be returned in the same unopened condition it was sent in. After Prime Toys received the item and inspects it to ensure it is in the same condition as shipped and that the seals have not been tampered with, we will issue store credit minus any fees and shipping charges that occurred. Items that where sent via free shipping offers will also have the original shipping charges reduced from any refund amount. The return shipping is the responsibility of customer.
Due to the nature of the industry, last minute changes could be made to a production run of any figure. If an item has loose joints, paint applications are not as expected, or the item is broken from play, we cannot accept a return as a "damaged item". We also cannot accept returns for "damaged" items for boxes that contain slight wear, dents, or dings, as this is generally out of our control. We will do everything in our power to try to accommodate our customers though, so please let us know if you have any issues and we will be more than happy to help you.

What is Prime Toys' order cancellation policy?

Generally, Prime Toys does not allow order cancellations. However, if an order contains only in stock items, it may be cancelled up until it is processing. We also understand that sometimes personal events may interfere with our plans. All order cancellations requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds for cancelled orders may be subject to the refund amount being the amount paid minus 15% to cover processing fees.
