Prime Toys Shipping and Returns
We ship out all items within 1-3 business days for all domestic orders and 2-4 business days for all international orders, but will usually ship out items within 24 hours. We process orders on Mon. - Sat., and do not process any orders on Sunday or holidays. Our primary shipping carriers are FedEx and USPS. If your order requires any special processing, please email us ASAP and we will assist you the best we can.
Free & Flat Rate Domestic Shipping
We offer the following flat rate shipping to all US orders:
- Orders $0.01 - $49.99: $8.49 Standard Shipping
- Orders $50 - $99.99: $10.25 Standard Shipping
- Orders $100.00 - $149.99: $15.25 Standard Shipping
Flat rate shipping will be either USPS or FedEx, depending on the package's weight and size. We offer flat rate shipping as a benefit to our customers and to make shipping costs less speculative. Flat rate shipping DOES NOT use the carrier's "one-rate" boxes, as those boxes are less sturdy. Shipping costs include the packing material and carrier rates, as we do not look to profit off shipping costs.
Prime Toys now offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 to the contiguous United States! Please note that in using this service, if you would like your order split into multiple shipments and each shipment is less than $150, you will need to be invoiced for the shipping amount of that shipment.
Standard shipping is either USPS Priority Mail/Parcel Select or FedEx Ground/Smart Post, depending on the weight and size of the package.

Hold My Stuff/Add This Order To Another Order
If you have placed an order with us already, and you would like to add items to an existing order, you may choose the shipping options "Hold My Stuff/Add This Order To Another Order". Any items associated with this shipping method will be added to your order that is shipping soonest. If the items are pre-order items and they are going to be released after your original order is set to ship, we will hold that order until all items are in stock. If you have multiple orders using this shipping method, and the orders total is over $150, we will automatically ship your orders out together once all pre-order items are in. Please note that if your total shippable amount is over $150 once other items are added to your order, we will not be able to refund the original shipping charge. Also, if adding items brings your shippable amount to a new tier, we will invoice you prior to shipping your order.
If you do not have any existing orders, we will hold your items for up to 30 days, or until you email us that you would like us to send them out, at which point we will invoice you for shipping and send your items out once payment has been received.

Customers outside the United States, place an order using the shipping option "Invoice me for shipping when items are ready to ship". Once your order has all items in stock and ready to ship, we will invoice you the shipping amount and ship your items as soon as we receive payment. You may also email us first to get a quote on shipping, and we will invoice you separately. Please do not place an order to get a quote and contact us instead, as cancelling an order using this shipping option will result in a 10% cancellation fee.
Please note all international orders are subject to their country's tax and import duties. Prime Toys is not responsible for these charges.
We will ensure that we will not pack items that have severe damage to their boxes(unless otherwise noted in the description), however we cannot guarantee their condition, and boxes may contain dents, bends or dings. For all figures in a bubble, we will do our best to ensure we do not send out a figure that is clearly broken. We take extra care to ensure all items are properly packaged for their journey to their new home, but sometimes packages may be mishandled by the carrier. If your package arrives and it is damaged, please contact us right away and we will work with the carrier to resolve any disputes. P
An order may be cancelled at any time as long as the order's Fulfillment Status is Unfulfilled. Cancellations will result in store credit being issued in the amount of total items cancelled. Please email us ASAP at email@example.com if you need to cancel. Once an order has been Fulfilled, it will be subject to our return policy.
You may also cancel certain portions of an order as long as the Fulfillment Status is Unfulfilled. This is subject to the same rules as above, or the return policy if the order has already been Fulfilled. Please note that in some cases an order may be marked as Unfulfilled for up to 24 hours after the order has been shipped.
We will accept returns for any items up to 7 days after delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received in, and items that are damaged will be returned and a refund will not be processed. Refunds on returns will be in the form of store credit. If the item was sent using free or discounted shipping, the amount refunded will be less that shipping amount. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns will also be subject to 10% restocking fee. Refunds for general returns will be issued in the form of store credit. If the item has a factory defect, we will first try to obtain a replacement from the manufacturer for any missing parts, or we will try to repair it. If we cannot reasonably fix the problem, we will exchange it for the same item, or if we are out of stock offer store credit or a refund to the credit card that was used for payment upon receiving the item. Note that a factory defect applies to missing pieces or deformed molds. Please note that returns due to damaged boxes or boxes that are not a certain grade will be subject to our general return policy, not our defective item return policy. If the item is defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will pay for shipping costs. Shipping costs for a general return is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Outlet deals are great ways to get deep discounts on new items. Outlet deals are items that have boxes that where damaged either at the manufacturer, or during the original shipping process. Or, items that have manufacturer flaws. Please note that due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
